In the second round of their August 2016 bout, “Cowboy” connected with a beautiful string of strikes, including a jab to the head, a punch to the body, and then a head kick that set up the fight-ending barrage of punches . It earned Cerrone a “Performance of the Night” bonus and Internet fame, even outside of MMA circles. It also marked his 11th victory in 12 fights. Check out the full fight above.
