NEW YORK – Fedor Emelianenko is a historically stoic figure in the MMA game. He’s never seemed to show signs of being flustered by an opponent, and things are no different with Chael Sonnen . Emelianenko (37-5 MMA, 1-1 BMMA) meets Sonnen (30-15-1 MMA, 2-1 BMMA) in Saturday’s Bellator 208 headliner, which takes place at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y., and airs on Paramount following prelims on MMAjunkie. Although he’s been relatively respectful leading up to the heavyweight grand prix semifinal bout, Sonnen has said some harsh words about Emelianenko in the past.
