He’s rollinnnnnnnnn’! Burt Watson, a beloved figure in MMA as the former site coordinator for the UFC, is starting his own MMA promotion, it was announced Tuesday. Burt Watson Promotions will bring events to South Florida, beginning with its inaugural show on June 15 at Hard Rock Event Center at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. The event is aptly named “We Rolllnnn MMA” after his famous catchphrase. “I want to give fans a world-class product, and preparing each fighter for the bright lights of the next level is what I do,” Watson, who spent 14 years with the UFC, said in a press release
