Former Team Quest and Xtreme Couture coach Robert Follis’ death has been ruled a suicide. Follis died of a gunshot wound to the head this past Friday, Dec. 15, on State Route 160, Colleen Downey, a rep for the Clark County Office of the Coroner/Medical Examiner told MMAjunkie.
