LAS VEGAS – Bobby Moffett had been dreaming about the moment he’d win his Dana White’s Contender Series 16 bout. No, but like … literally. Moffett (13-3) had been having actual dreams about how Tuesday’s featherweight meeting with Jacob Kilburn (6-2) would pan out. And the reality – a second-round submission win – topped at least one of the scenarios that his subconscious offered. “Actually, my first dream was a decision win,” Moffett told media, including MMAjunkie, after the UFC Fight Pass-streamed bout, which took place at The Ultimate Fighter Gym in Las Vegas. Moffett’s most recent dream, though, showed him taking a first-round arm-triangle win – which is why he kept pursuing it in the initial frame.
