So how’s “Cupcake” been taking it? Apparently pretty well. In fact, just because she stepped away from active MMA competition doesn’t mean she stepped away from competition completely. On Sunday, at Submission Underground 2, she had a grappling match with Jessica Eye, which she won in overtime. “It was a lot of fun to get back out there and compete,” Tate said after the match, courtesy of MMAjunkie video partner Champions.co .
