UFC lightweight Chris Wade made it clear he wanted to fight anybody other than a Russian wrestler in his next outing. So, of course, he’ll face a Russian wrestler in his next outing. Following an initial report from Newsday , UFC officials today confirmed what Wade (11-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) meets Islam Makhachev (12-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 94. An official bout order for the card has yet to be revealed, but UFC Fight Night 94 takes place Sept. 17 at State Farm Arena in Hildalgo, Texas
