UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey took some time Wednesday night to reflect on how far women’s MMA has come. In a post on Instagram, Rousey, the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion, gave high praise to Chinese rising star Weili Zhang , who is set to headline UFC on ESPN+ 15 in Shenzhen on Aug. 31, when she challenges Jessica Andrade for the strawweight title. “I feel like a proud mama watching how women’s MMA has grown,” Rousey wrote. “Women from all walks of life, from all over the world are rising to the challenge and showing the world what it means to fight like a girl.
