Kenya Miranda ’s MMA record might be light, but she’s no stranger to the fighting world. Set to make her big-league debut at tonight’s Bellator 161 against Emily Ducote (3-1 MMA, 1-0 BMMA), Miranda (2-2 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) has been involved in martial arts since she first started taekwondo at age 13. Now, 15 years and a handful of titles in her base martial art later, she is pursuing a different dream.
