Benavidez (25-4 MMA, 12-2 UFC) beat Cejudo (10-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC), his rival and opposing coach on “TUF 24,” via split decision to stay in the hunt for another shot at champ Demetrious Johnson (25-2-1 MMA, 13-1-1 UFC), who outpointed Tim Elliott (13-7-1 MMA, 2-5 UFC) in the event’s headliner to defend his belt a ninth time
