The UFC’s seventh annual International Fight Week festivities rolled on Friday with The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale, which took place at Pearl Theater in Las Vegas and aired on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass. The middleweight main event produced a breakout moment from one of the UFC’s most promising young stars. Israel Adesanya (14-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) styled on veteran Brad Tavares (17-5 MMA, 12-5 UFC) over five rounds to take a lopsided unanimous-decision win and prove he’s the real deal.
