Through a crazy turn of events , the new main event features Khabib Nurmagomedov (25-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) taking on – wait for it – Al Iaquinta (13-3-1 MMA, 8-2 UFC), with the lightweight title on the line for only Nurmagomedov. Negotiations didn’t work out for Pettis, and the New York State Athletic Commission denied Felder since he’s not a ranked lightweight. And so, Iaquinta it is.
