At UFC 247, Jon Jones was arguably pushed more than ever before in his MMA career. Jones found himself potentially down 30-27 heading into the championship rounds with Dominick Reyes but rallied late to narrowly edge Reyes in the headliner from Houston’s Toyota Center. The judges’ scorecards didn’t necessarily reflect the struggle, with two judges having it 3-2, and one judge scoring it 4-1, all in favor of Jones. Reyes came out aggressive early in the fight, dropping Jones with a shot to the body.
