The early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Sao Paulo and precede the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 4 p.m. ET at the nearby Ibirapuera Gymnasium. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event, which has a main card on FS1 following prelims on FS2 and UFC Fight Pass. Among those weighing in were former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida (22-7 MMA, 14-7 UFC) and Derek Brunson (17-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC), who meet in the middleweight main event.
