Mickey Gall LAS VEGAS – With Phil “ CM Punk ” Brooks watching cageside, Mickey Gall made quick work of fellow UFC newcomer Mike Jackson and secured his promised fight with the former pro wrestling champ. In a cool 45 seconds, Gall (2-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) submitted Jackson (0-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and faced off with Punk in the cage, though he was the only one cutting a promo. The welterweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC Fight Night 82 event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
