Another week, another big win by a top contender, and more shuffling in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie MMA lightweight rankings. Arguably MMA’s deepest and most star-studded division was again in the spotlight. Two weeks ago, Dustin Poirier got a rankings boost with his win over Justin Gaethje at UFC on FOX 29. And this past weekend, Kevin Lee (17-3 MMA, 10-3 UFC) kept himself in the title conversation with a fifth-round TKO victory over notoriously tough Edson Barboza (19-6 MMA, 13-6 UFC).
