UFC Fight Night 109’s main event was barely three minutes old when Alexander Gustafsson pushed the fingers of his left hand into Glover Teixeira ’s eye. That’s a problem, of course. That’s not something you’re supposed to do, even under the relatively permissive rules of MMA.
