Two-time welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson now is in that club. Thompson (14-2-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) late Saturday took to Twitter to compliment dos Anjos (28-9 MMA, 17-7 UFC) on his win over Lawler (28-12 MMA, 13-6 UFC) in the UFC on FOX 26 main event – and to lobby him and UFC President Dana White for a fight in the new year. “That was a WAR!” Thompson posted on Twitter. “Hats off to both RDA and Robbie for that effort!
