Bellator MMA has released its debut of the online series “Bellator: Uncut,” which goes behind the scenes of its Season 10 events. The first, “Bellator 110: Uncut,” takes viewers behind the scenes of Bellator 110, which took place Feb. 28 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.

After third straight loss, Bellator 110′s Diego Nunes back to drawing board

As far as losses go, this was a frustrating one for Diego Nunes . The Bellator MMA featherweight said he didn’t even know he was fighting in Matt Bessette’s backyard this past Friday night when he dropped a split decision to him at Bellator 110 in Uncasville, Conn. Bessette, a Hartford native with big crowd support, took scores of 30-27 and 29-28 to one 29-28 in Nunes’ favor.

In this week’s Trading Shots, MMAjunkie columnist Ben Fowlkes and retired UFC/WEC fighter Danny Downes look at fighter feuds, in-cage squabbles, and reality-show donnybrooks in search of an answer to some important questions about where promotion gives way to pantomime. * * * * Fowlkes: So Danny, this week Bellator MMA kicked off another light-heavyweight tournament as Muhammed Lawal edged out Mikhail Zayats and uncrowned cruiserweight champ Quinton Jackson squeezed himself down to 206 pounds before knocking out Christian M’Pumbu. Then Bellator got Lawal and Jackson together in the cage for a mini-scuffle that was maybe pre-planned and maybe not , but which seemed, at the very least, not unexpected. We also saw, thanks to the UFC, a glimpse of a supposed on-set brawl between TUF Brazil coaches Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva .

Rebney: ‘Rampage’ vs. ‘King Mo’ tourney final may end up on PPV

Not long after Quinton Jackson knocked out Christian M’Pumbu on Friday night, he had to be separated from Muhammed Lawal in the cage at Bellator 110. The light heavyweight rivals will meet in the finals of Bellator’s Season 10 205-pound four-man tournament, and the anticipation started to build early thanks to the in-cage near dust-up. We know “Rampage” and “King Mo” finally will meet. But we don’t know when.

Bellator 110 weigh-in results: Tourney fighters on mark, but one fight scratched (updated)

The one dozen fighters in two Bellator weight classes are official for their tournament bouts at Bellator 110. Bellator 110, which kicks off the organization’s 10th season, features the semifinals of a four-man light heavyweight tournament at the top of the bill, plus four opening-round fights in the featherweight tournament. On Thursday, 11 of the 12 tournament fighters made weight for their fights. Only Quinton Jackson missed the mark on his first attempt on the scale.

Bellator 110’s ‘King Mo’ Lawal discusses split with AKA, lack of distractions

With the first round of his third Bellator MMA light heavyweight tournament just a day away, Muhammed Lawal is done screwing around. After signing with Bellator in 2012, “King Mo” was expected to be a major player in the organization. While he’s certainly had some high-profile fights so far, the 33-year-old would be lying if he said things have gone as planned. Whether it’s pro wrestling training, not being entirely satisfied with his fight preparation, or the lingering effects of a nearly career-ending staph infection from years ago, Lawal is refusing to let anything weigh him down as he heads into this latest tournament run. “I’m focused only on the fight,” Lawal told MMAjunkie

Airport brings travel headache for Bellator 110′s Goiti Yamauchi

For returning Bellator veteran Goiti Yamauchi , making weight could be a bigger struggle than it should be in his next appearance for the promotion. Yamauchi’s uncle and coach, Ossamu Yamauchi, wrote today on Facebook that an airport delay caused them to miss a connecting flight for the event, Bellator 110, which takes place Friday at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.

Friday’s Bellator 110 fight card, which kicks off the organization’s 10th season, has undergone some small changes and has a new main-card bout. Bellator 110 takes place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. The main card, including a Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Christian M’Pumbu headliner and light-heavyweight tournament semifinal, airs on Spike TV following prelims on Spike.com. Although originally scheduled for the preliminary card, a featherweight-tournament opening-round bout between Goiti Yamauchi (16-1 MMA, 2-0 BMMA) and Will Martinez (8-2-1 MMA, 4-0 BMMA) has been promoted to the televised main card
