Friday’s Bellator 133 headliner between Alexander Shlemenko and Melvin Manhoef promised fireworks – and it delivered in a big way. In the Spike TV-televised main event at Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif., Shlemenko (52-9 MMA, 12-3 BMMA) caught hard-hitting Manhoef (29-13-1 MMA, 1-2 BMMA) with a massive spinning backfist for the knockout victory at the 1:25 mark of the second round. The video also includes Daniel Weichel ’s (35-8 MMA, 4-0 BMMA) upset win over former featherweight champ Pat Curran  (20-7 MMA, 10-4 BMMA), Julia Budd ’s (7-2 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) lopsided victory over featherweight Gabrielle Holloway  (4-2 MMA, 0-1 BMMA), and welterweight prospect Chris Honeycutt  (6-0 MMA, 2-0 BMMA) shutting down Clayton MacFarlane  (4-1 MMA, 0-1 BMMA).
