Justino (14-1) meets Russian submission specialist Daria Ibragimova (9-1) in tonight’s UFC Fight Pass-streamed main event, which takes place at The Hangar at OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa, Calif. The champ is a massive 22-1 favorite .
