Newcomer Isabella de Padua will step in on just a day’s notice to take on Ariane Lipski at UFC on ESPN+ 22 in Sao Paulo. UFC on ESPN+ 22 takes place Saturday at Ginásio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo. The card streams on ESPN+. According to French website La Sueur , Lipski’s (11-5 MMA, 0-2 UFC) original opponent Veronica Macedo (6-3-1 MMA, 1-3 UFC), was forced to withdraw due to severe headaches.
