Jasmine Jasudavicius will get the biggest fight of her life on home soil. At UFC 315 , Jasudavicius (13-3 MMA, 7-2 UFC) will take on Jessica Andrade (26-13 MMA, 11-7) in a three-round flyweight bout May 10 at Bell Centre in Montreal. The promotion announced the bout Monday on social media. Jasudavicius has won four fights in a row, including a February victory over former UFC title challenger Mayra Bueno Silva. Other wins in that stretch include Ariane da Silva, Fatima Kline, and Priscila Cachoeira. Andrade won back-to-back fights over Mackenzie Dern and Marina Rodriguez prior to a September loss to Natalia Silva .

The 36-year-old Canadian is coming off what might be her biggest win yet, and even though contenders Manon Fiorot and Erin Blanchfield are presumably the next two in line for champion Valentina Shevchenko, stranger things have happened than someone like Jasudavicius getting a title shot based on timing, to go along with a worthy resume. Jasudavicius (13-3 MMA, 7-2 UFC) took a unanimous decision from Mayra Bueno Silva (10-5-1 MMA, 5-5-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 250 in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.

And her most recent resume listing was a win over a former title challenger, which ups the stock for the Canadian big time.
