Following a unanimous decision win in June over Alden Coria at LFA 134, Camacho spent the remainder of the year on the sidelines, but remaining undefeated to start his career is never a bad thing. “Last year we started off pretty good,” said Camacho. “I made my debut in the LFA and it went good, and then after that fight I went back into training and had a few injuries here and there that set me back a bit, but it feels good to be back on track now.” When it comes to his game, Camacho was able to make strides last year by staying consistent in the gym with the rest of his team.

The fighter was pronounced dead at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, Calif., due to an apparent heart attack, according to Sherdog.com . Camacho, who recently competed at 145 and 150 pounds, posted a 13-19-3 record during his career. He faced a number of familiar names and big-show vets, including Joe Stevenson, Roger Huerta, Antonio McKee and Thomas Denny. Camacho most recently fought on Nov. 2, when he suffered a unanimous-decision loss to Cleber Luciano at Bellator 106
