It was announced earlier this week that former UFC flyweight title challenger Kyoji Horiguchi was heading to Rizin FF as a free agent. Now we know his first opponent. Horiguchi (18-2) will meet Yuki Motoya (18-4) in his debut for the promotion on April 16 at Rizin’s event at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan, a major city south of Tokyo. Former UFC flyweight title challenger Kyogi Horiguchi is going home. The 26-year-old Japanese standout, it was announced on Monday, is returning to Japan to compete for Rizin FF. The promotion issued a release announcing the signing of Horiguchi (18-2) and also posted a photo of him with Rizin FF CEO Nobuyuki Sakakibara.
