Usman (14-1 MMA, 9-0 UFC) meets welterweight champion Tyron Woodley (19-3-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) in the UFC 235 co-main event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and UFC Fight Pass.

Check out the video highlights as Damon Jackson took the featherweight belt from Leonard Garcia . Legacy FC 33 took place at Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas, and the main card aired on AXS TV. Jackson (9-0) went to work quickly against Garcia (18-12-1), who was putting his 145-pound title on the line. He brutalized him with punches on the ground, then quickly wrapped up an arm-triangle choke, forcing the UFC and WEC veteran to tap his championship belt away.

Join us for live and official results from tonight’s Legacy FC 33 event, which features a championship headliner between featherweight titleholder Leonard Garcia and challenger Damon Jackson. The event takes place at Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas, and the main card airs on AXS TV beginning at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT). In the night’s first televised bout, welterweight Andrew Parker (4-1) scored a quick takedown, battled for position on the mat and ultimately tapped out Melvin Jordan (2-2) via rear-naked choke at the 2:31 mark of the opening round.

Tonight, Leonard Garcia headlines Legacy FC 33. And like his teammate, Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 45 headliner Donald Cerrone , Garcia won’t have head trainer Greg Jackson in his corner. Garcia said he and “Cowboy” opted to have training partners corner them rather than the famed trainer, though he said Jackson understood their rationale. “Those are the guys that really know what we’re doing,” Garcia told MMAjunkie Radio while discussing his cornermen for tonight’s event. ” … It’s kind of hard to stick somebody in there who hasn’t really been watching (every training session) and expect him to know everything his training partners know.” Garcia (18-11-1), a UFC and WEC vet, looks to continue his post-Zuffa success when he puts his Legacy FC featherweight title on the line against Damon Jackson (8-0).

Legacy FC’s second summer event is nearly complete with a six-fight main card planned for an event headlined by a featherweight title bout between UFC vet and current champ Leonard Garcia and challenger Damon Jackson. Today, promotional officials announced five additional main-card bouts for Legacy Fights 33, which takes place July 18 at Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas. The event’s main card airs live on AXS TV.
