The PFL’s second event of the season now has its third different main event this week after Josh Rettinghouse (20-5) wasn’t medically cleared for his bantamweight fight against Leandro Higo (23-6). Rettinghouse had been a replacement for Magomed Magomedov. Instead, Higo now will fight Marcirley Alves da Silva (12-4) in the headliner. He was an alternate. Before Higo-Rettinghouse, and now Higo-Alves da Silva, were in the headlining spot, Taila Santos vs.
