At Combate Americas 53: Copa Combate 2019 held in Lima, Peru on Friday, a main card bout between rising lightweights Milko Tucto (5-1 MMA) and Salvador Becerra (8-3 MMA) ended in grotesque fashion. The sequence began with Tucto grinding Becerra up against the cage. From there, Tucto switched to the back and initiated a takedown attempt.
