Rankings have always been a hot button topic. They spark discussion and debate, but lately criticism of the UFC rankings have become amplified. UFC CEO Dana White expressed his dissatisfaction with the rankings and unveiled plans to replace them with potentially AI generated rankings. White’s criticisms escalated after Khalil Rountree Jr. remained ranked eighth in the light heavyweight division after losing a spirited battle with champion Alex Pereira at UFC 307.
