Fanmio, the company based in Florida, is suing Garcia for breach of contract. The lawsuit centers on a exhibition that was to pit Garcia against Rukiya Anpo – a bout that would have given Garcia a chance to fight while he is serving a one-year suspension for testing positive for a banned substance. Garcia announced Dec. 15 he had suffered a wrist injury during training camp and would have to postpone the exhibition fight against on Dec
