Angela Hill A pair of injuries have forced some changes to next week’s Invicta FC 16 card in Las Vegas. Unbeaten Alexa Grasso (7-0) has been forced out of her strawweight fight against former title challenger Stephanie Eggink (4-2) and will be replaced by “TUF 20” and UFC veteran Angela Hill (3-2). In addition, Amberlynn Orr (0-0), who was set to make her pro debut, has been replaced by Aspen Ladd (2-0) in a bantamweight fight against Andrea Kelly McGill (2-0). Invicta FC officials recently announced the new bookings for the card

Filed under: News , Videos While the UFC and Bellator MMA going head to head on Friday night, the all-female Invicta FC promotion has Saturday all to itself. With Invicta FC 8, which features a championship doubleheader, the organization makes its debut on the UFC Fight Pass digital network. After hosting seven events in 2012 and 2013, Invicta holds its first event of 2014, and it comes after it struck an alliance with the UFC. Veteran AXS TV broadcaster Michael Schiavello and Invicta FC matchmaker Julie Kedzie call the action, which kicks off at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on UFC Fight Pass.
