The lone remaining bout on the UFC 176 dance card has been rescheduled, and it will feature a slightly different look. Welterweight Neil Magny (11-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC) has replaced Matt Dwyer and will now meet Alex Garcia (12-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC). The fight was first expected to take place at UFC 176 but will now be featured at UFC Fight Night 49, instead. UFC officials on Wednesday announced the switch. Fabricio Camoes vs. Gray Maynard shifts to UFC Fight Night 47 in Maine

The lineup for the postponed UFC 176 event has been just about completely rescheduled, as a lightweight matchup between Fabricio Camoes (14-8-1 MMA, 1-3-1 UFC) and Gray Maynard (11-3-1 MMA, 9-3-1 UFC) has been moved to UFC Fight Night 47. UFC officials on Wednesday announced the move. UFC Fight Night 47 takes place Aug. 16 at Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine. The bulk of the card is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on UFC Fight Pass.

The UFC’s return to Connecticut in September has a high-profile fight headed its way thanks to the scrapping of UFC 176. The fight between former Strikeforce champions Ronaldo Souza (20-3 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and Gegard Mousasi (35-4-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) that originally was set for the co-main event of UFC 176 now will take place at UFC Fight Night 50. It is not yet known if the fight will retain co-main event status or if it will be elevated to the headlining position. UFC President Dana White announced the news on Twitter . Ronda Rousey put on her most dominant performance yet – and that might be saying something – against Alexis Davis this past Saturday night. Unfortunately for Rousey (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC), that performance came at a cost. In addition to bursting a cyst on her right hand that required nine post-fight stitches, and a planned minor knee surgery that she revealed after the fight with Davis (16-6 MMA, 3-1 UFC), Rousey can add broken hand to her list of ailments. That news comes from UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta, who told Yahoo! Sports’ Kevin Iole of the injury on Tuesday night, the same night he went on “FOX Sports Live” to explain the promotion’s decision to cancel next month’s UFC 176 pay-per-view in Los Angeles.
