Borg’s most recent struggle with the scale came during the weigh-ins for Saturday night’s bout with Brazil’s Rogerio Bontorin at UFC on ESPN+ 25, which Borg (13-4 MMA, 7-4 UFC) won via unanimous decision

Things didn’t go as planned for Kazula Vargas (and Brok Weaver ) on Saturday night. The Mexican fighter was disqualified after landing an illegal knee on Weaver during the first round of their lightweight contest at UFC on ESPN+25 in Rio Rancho, N.M. Vargas (11-4 MMA, 0-2 UFC) had Weaver (15-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC) pressed against the cage and in an attempt to stop Weaver from getting back to his feet, the 34-year-old Vargas landed a left knee to Weaver’s face he was still clearly down
