The long-awaited showdown between the man many consider the greatest ever and the challenger some say is custom-built to take his throne is nearly upon us. In a week that started with headlines involving former UFC standouts like Quinton Jackson , Jon Fitch and Jacob Volkmann taking their former employer to task, it ended with a whole bunch of people tapping.
