A switch has occurred on the Bellator 197 preliminary card. With Zach Freeman (9-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) unable to compete at the event, Derek Anderson (14-3 MMA, 5-3 BMMA) has agreed to step in and fight Zak Bucia (18-9 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) in a 165-pound catchweight affair. Friday’s Bellator 185 lineup loses 2 main-card bouts

Friday’s Bellator 185 main card has undergone some major changes. Officials today told MMAjunkie that an undisclosed injury has forced Brennan Ward (14-6 MMA, 9-6 BMMA) out of the night’s scheduled co-headliner, and as a result, welterweight opponent David Rickels (18-4 MMA, 12-4 BMMA) has also been pulled from the card.
