Joe Warren is the only fighter to hold a victory over Eduardo Dantas in Bellator competition. He beat the organization’s current bantamweight champion once before – and now he wants to do it again. Warren (13-5 MMA, 11-4 BMMA) is aware the opportunity won’t be handed to him, though. In order to rally support for a rematch with Dantas (18-4 MMA, 8-1 BMMA), he must first get past Sirwan Kakai (12-4 MMA, 0-2 BMMA) in Friday’s Bellator 161 co-main event, which airs as part of the main card on Spike following prelims on MMAjunkie at H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas. “I definitely think that’s what the fans want to see,” Warren told MMAjunkie. “I want to kick the (expletive) out of Dantas again.
