It’s been two months since Cain Velasquez returned to action at UFC 200, where he stopped Travis Browne via TKO in the first round. He had been sidelined due to injuries for a year prior to the fight with Browne. So who is next for the two-time former UFC heavyweight champion? Although he or Fabricio Werdum would be a logical choice to challenge current champ Stipe Miocic for the belt in his next defense, Velasquez and Werdum could end up rematching each other. “If Stipe doesn’t want to take a break, I want him next,” Velasquez said on this week’s edition of UFC Tonight.
