Carina Damm is downplaying the career significance of her upcoming Titan FC 41 headliner with Kalinda Faria , which will determine the organization’s inaugural women’s bantamweight champion. Make no mistake, Damm has had plenty of high-profile fights in her career, which dates back to an October 2004 professional debut. She’s faced noteworthy opponents – Jessica Aguilar, Cat Zingano, Tara LaRosa, Tonya Evinger, Jessica Eye and Rosi Sexton, among others – on relevant fight cards, but she hasn’t competed in such a high-stakes affair in quite some time. Additionally, Damm (23-12) has an extensive history with Faria (17-5-1).
