On Sunday at UFC Fight Night 124, Usman (11-1 MMA, 6-0 UFC) faces Emil Meek (9-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in a re-booking of a scheduled meeting at UFC 219. But he said Meek wasn’t his originally scheduled opponent. “A lot of people don’t know, but (Covington and I) were supposed to be the main event for this card, which is why it took so long for (the UFC) to get a main event scheduled,” Usman told MMAjunkie in advance of the FS1-televised event at Scottrade Center in St
