Joe Soto apparently hasn’t convinced the UFC that he’s a worthy addition to the promotion’s bantamweight division. Despite winning the vacant Tachi Palace Fights title and his past five fights on the California regional scene, the ex-Bellator champ told MMAjunkie Radio he’s no closer to a UFC deal. Negotiations earlier this year to sign him apparently weren’t successful. “I’m just trying to figure out what I’ve got to do to get signed, and other than that, I guess I just have to keep winning,” Soto (14-2) said. “One of these days they’ll call, I guess.” Perhaps, they’ll call with another win
