The UFC, along with new owners WME-IMG, today announced the company has been sold. Terms were not disclosed in the official announcement , but Las Vegas’ CBS affiliate reported the deal is for $4 billion. Owners Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta III will keep a minority ownership stake, but Lorenzo Fertitta will step down as CEO when the deal closes.
