Flyweight Zach Makovsky has kept a fast pace in the past three months of his MMA career, with three fights in four months, including his UFC debut. “I’ve kind of been in camp for, like, 22 of the last 25 weeks,” he told MMAjunkie Radio. Makovsky wanted to slow down a bit after he beat Scott Jorgensen on short notice at UFC on FOX 9. But as it turned out, his bosses had spots to fill on earlier cards. “I was trying to figure out what my options were,” he said.
