LONDON – Brad Pickett ‘s first venture to flyweight was successful, as he outpointed a scrappy late replacement, Neil Seery , for a unanimous-decision win. The flyweight bout was part of the main card of today’s UFC Fight Night 37 event at O2 Arena in London. It streamed on UFC Fight Pass. The underdog Seery didn’t look intimidated in the early going, standing in the pocket and delivering a few solid strikes. Pickett countered by attacking to different levels, mixing in low kicks with punches up top. Eventually, he ducked for a takedown and took the action to the floor, where he nearly ended the fight with a slick arm-triangle attempt
