Both Adesanya and Gastelum found success and tested each other’s mettle in a striking-heavy affair won by “The Last Style Bender,” who claimed a unanimous decision. Adesanya (19-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC) returns Sept. 26 when he faces Paulo Costa (13-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) in the UFC 253 main event at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
