The momentum toward the UFC 264 trilogy bout between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor will kick into high gear beginning with Thursday’s news conference. UFC officials recently announced Poirier (27-6 MMA, 19-5 UFC) and McGregor (22-5 MMA, 10-3 UFC) will get in front of media and fans ahead of their anticipated lightweight rubber match to answer questions and participate in their first pre-fight faceoff. UFC president Dana White will host the press conference festivities, which takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas – the same venue that will host the loaded fight card – beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
