Former two-division UFC champion B.J. Penn was back in court on Tuesday where a Hawaiian judge ordered him to vacate the home he shares with his 79-year old mother, Lorraine Shin. The judge also extended the protective order against Penn brought by Shin until Nov. 23. Penn must vacate the home immediately, stay 1000 yards away from the residence and 100 feet away from his mother. If the two happened to be in the same place, “the prohibited party (Penn) must leave immediately.” Penn was arrested last month and changed with ‘abuse of a family or household member.’ Days later he was arrested for the same changes. Within the same week, “The Prodigy” was detained again for failure to appear. Penn has displayed some bizarre behavior in recent months believing that his family has been murdered and replaced by imposters in an effort to steal his assets.
