Top lightweight contender  Arman Tsarukyan headlined Saturday’s UFC fight card in Al Rayyan, Qatar against the No. 6 ranked  Dan Hooker .  Hooker made the walk to the octagon riding a three-fight winning streak and was looking to jump in the  rankings and shake up the top of the division.  Tsarukyan last fought in April 2024. He was scheduled to fight for the title against then-champion  Islam Makhachev at UFC 311 but was forced out of the fight the day before the event due to injury.
