It streams as an online pay-per-view in North America. The headliner features featherweights Timofey Nastyukhin  (8-1) vs. Yusuke Kawanago  (13-4-2). Nastyukhin, a 25-year-old Russian, recently made his ONE Championship debut and scored a highlight-reel flying-knee knockout of Eduard Folayang (watch the ONE Championship 23 video highlights ).
