Former welterweight champion  Leon Edwards entered Saturday’s UFC 322 main card bout against  Carlos Prates in need of a win. The No. 4 ranked contender was coming off back-to-back losses and looking to stay relevant in the top of the division.  Prates entered the octagon at Madison Square Garden coming off a ‘Performance of the Night’ knockout win over  Geoff Neal and hoping to carry the momentum against the former titleholder
