Gilbert Smith The card is complete for next month’s RFA event in “Sin City” with two title fights at the top of the bill. In the RFA 31 main event, Gilbert Smith (11-4) will defend his RFA welterweight title against challenger Bristol Marunde (16-9). And in the co-feature, Zoila Frausto (12-4) meets Jocelyn Jones-Lybarger (5-1) for the vacant RFA women’s strawweight title. RFA 31 takes place Oct. 9 at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.
